    I needed a water softener and I was referred to Culligan. I liked that they offered me other options but didn't pressure me to purchase any of them. Denise scheduled the appointments and called to give reminders. Jaime was very knowledgeable and presented us with everything we need to know. Jarred determined how much salt we would need, installed the softener and made sure it was working properly. There may have been one communication error between us but it was resolved right away. I am very happy with the service and I look forward to continuing business with them.
